Did you talk to the GM, about that and did you show him the painted plug?

I have had similar experience with them. Even had Todd the manager/owner swear at me on the phone, then when I showed up to get my machine, he would not even come out to talk to me. Would never buy another machine off of them, or have anything serviced there. Complete joke of a shop.

Even with those 2 comments i'll definitely take my business elsewhere.
They gave me decent service.. Although all I had done was skid plate and scratchers installed. Was done same day I dropped it off. Work was done well.. No complaints. From all the bad I've heard about them I was pleasantly surprised actually.

Firstly this dealer will be notified of this thread tomorrow, they may come on and respond or may request to have the thread removed. and deal with this privately. We don't know the dealers side if the storey and are not a mediator. There can be two sides to any storey and we don't want to be in the middle if an issue.

Would be nice to hear both sides. Surprised this thread has lasted this long without super mod jumping all over it.

Dale, I forwarded this over to the manager of the dealership tonight, they can look at it and comment, its up to them. May be something that is between the individual and the dealer that can be dealt with between them.

The dealer has a golden opportunity with the outdoor community / enthusiast if they handle correctly to resolve with the individual, not picking sides of right or wrong.

How can a dealer "resolve" an issue where they charge for service that is never done? I wouldn't consider "Sorry sir, we promise not to do it again" a resolution.

I suggest we ask the fellow who is concerned to explain the "whole story". What was he looking to get done??? What was the work order? Typically if you phone a store they have a "this call will be monitored for training purposes". Lets all have a listen together, then perhaps we can get to the bottom of this. The stealership and him both have a responsibility to report facts. If neither of them are willing to do that then this is over.
I admit i am the worst kind of customer, i expect work to be done in a timely, professional matter, Invoices to be descriptive and completed 100%, service personal to be courteous and respectful. And if not, i completely and utterly lose my chit.. its something of a personal development moment... I'm told i need to relax and go with the flow.
