I had rental properties for a while. I had to flip them, it made me lose all faith in mankind...it's hard to imagine how nasty some people can be.

Some people!!!.......... Is there insurance to cover the damage and missing items, fossy? How did you ever learn about the damage, or did they call you and tell ya they were moving out? Do you have any personal information on the renters, that you can sue them over??

FossY I,m in WCT right now for a few days, let me know if there is anything I can do here for you. Ever watched that show Dexter? Fawk I love that show!!:d

I just started to watch that show last week . It looks good - I have to buy the first and second season to catch up on what is going on. I take from your inference that you plan on apply some of your learnings onto some bad actors in Fossy case or are you saying that the trailer looks like one of Dexters sites ? ( I can't view the pictures at work so I don't know how bad it is). Ha Ha Ha

Cheers

was in the trailer all last week and started some work

shoveled the roof (4,5hours snow is brutal in whitecourt)
started taking inside appart

started taking all interiour walls panneling off
removed carpet
good thing is i didnt find any kind of leak anywhere in the trailer so thats a good sign
structure looks still good just needs to be leveled nicely before i do any reassambling in it

also phoned arround for some prices on trusses and tin for the new roof

trailer is 70x14

my plan is putting a peaked roof on it with 6/12 slope and 2 feet overhang each side

will come out to be 10x74 (tin required) space on each side of the roof

price outs vary quiet a bit

but looks like home hardware with arround 1300bucks for the tin and whitecourt trusses 1300 for 36 trusses delivered to my door will be the best prices i can find
