Just thought I'd share this. Heck, maybe I was the only one that didn't know! Just spent quite a few evenings trying to get the air out of my cooling system WITHOUT having to get at the thermostat housing. Any of you with a supercharged Nytro may know how hard that thing is to get to. Had it in every position other than upside down trying to get that air out of there. Finally got smart and checked the cooling system diagram in the manual, and noticed a breather line off the top of the water pump. So I went back out to the garage and layed that sucker back over on it's right side. Pulled that little hose off the water pump and out came all the air. Put it all back together, fired her up and finally.....rear cooler is heating up and sled is not overheating. Woo hoo! Bought this thing last July and I finally get to ride it. Lots more to that story of course, but the cooling problem has been the holdup lately.
