That may be tough if there is no base (think back to last year) and Christmas parties can get in a lot of peoples way. The voting will set the tone and I'm interested in seeing the results.

I voted Jan. If it is a family thing though probably march or april as it is warmer for young ones, and easier for less aggressive people to get around.

I voted Jan, but any month is fine by me. Hopefully a date can be set with a good month or two in advance to plan schedule issues.

Our goal is to nail down a date in Oct/Nov so everyone has time to arrange days off.
Once a location is determined we want to look into hotel/restraunt options and make that info availble to everyone
In the mountains we would likely meet each day as a large group and then break up into a bunch of smaller groups based on riding ability and reconnect at the end of the day.
To date thats all that we know.

The weekend of Jan 25 26 2008 I will be in Golden for my wifes B-Day,It something we do every year and I can only hope that isnt the weekend thats decided.I voted for feb,nice to see its being planned early.

I voted for Januarary so that we can also have a spring ride. Why not get it started early. I dont think there is a ASA jamboree this year because no club put a bid in so lets do it in Jan.
