This is all I did with mine.

And the sound is good, just quite loud to most people around you.

Yup. Ear piercing. You will need to warn people if you are starting it up in an enclosed area
. Ridiculously loud. Their tunnel dumps sound pretty good though.

you should really put a spring tab on there. If that spring has any kind of tension it will wear through that aluminum. As well put some kind of donut under that flange on the can. This not on seals it but stops all the aluminum chaffing you have going on there.

as for noise, I thought it was pretty quiet really. But I did just come off a big bore with jaws twin pipes.

You like the sound the tunnel dump makes? I think it's the most hideous sound a sled can make! Lol but that's just me.

It's terrible. Like someone pulled a plug wire off

The best way to describe it is on the movie dumb and dumber when Lloyd asks that hit man if he wants to here the most annoying sounds in the world. It's that sound!

Yeah it's tolerable on a mountain but loading into a trailer or worse yet a garage with a cement floor it's pretty rough on the ears

It's different than a typical 2 stroke can for sure. Maybe that's why it interests me. But I don't think I could bring myself to cut that hole in the tunnel on a new sled. Same reason I didn't put one on my m1000 back in the day. The design is solid and exhaust powder bog free.

I obviously don't own one, but have a riding partner that does. I think his kind of sounds like a four stroke. I had the traditional loud tss on a previous sled ..... And I don't think I could go back to that racket. Can take it in small doses but not all day. I'll stick with my mbrp cans for now.
