Hey Guys/Gals

Here is a couple progress photo's of a project we are doing building two golf carts at a time, one is basically just an overhaul with some custom touches and the other is a lifted cart with some great custom touches. Once we finish the build we will be taking the lifted cart off road and doing some video taping of just how capable these modified carts are. With that being said, they are not going to replace the fun we have in our side x sides or ATV's, but they do have some great advantages for ripping around the cabin, or heading out hunting, some work at the acreage or farm, or for your resort property. Basically just another toy to add to the toy box, and who doesn't like having more toys!!!

These carts are starting off as stock 2007 Club Car Precedents, 48 volt electric. You can see that we have completely disassembled them, pressure washed them, and now we are starting the build up. We have the 6" lift installed, here you can really see where the two carts start taking on a different look from each other.

Hope you enjoy the builds.

We shouldn't have said anything then could have been one lucky guy getting free beer! It's no RZR that's for sure but a fun toy for bombing around in, I actually prefer to hop on these carts to rip around to the shop, or to the end of the driveway, or down to the lake over my RZR. When we go back country or out riding of course the side x side is the only way to go. But for quick shots around the property or at the cabin you can't beat a cart.

The first body has been spot primed and ready for paint. We will get it in color tomorrow, this body is going to be for the stock height cart.

A bit more progress, we got the first body painted in Barbados blue, this is for the stock height cart. We also got the light kit, the bush bar, the carbon steering wheel with billet adapter, the polished column, the carbon dash, and the checker floor installed in the lifted cart.

Makes me want a golf cart...even though I have absolutely no use for it. LOL

LOL, when you get one you find plenty of uses for them! It now makes taking out the garbage fun, regardless if your driveway is 10' long or 2km long. Or pop over to that neighbors for one of your favorite chilled beverages! Plenty of really important uses

Here's the color we choose for the lifted cart, it's a charcoal, with a flattening agent in it, so it will be "semi" gloss when it dries. Should look real sharp.

The boss bought a bunch of those fancy done up carts to sell. He has a couple left. They had flames HD logos and S&S rims and a small lift. They where a blast to burn around on in the yard

or just keeping stock one

For this particular build we are keeping the stock electric motor in it, with that being said we are re programming it which allows the cart to do 25 mph. I know it's not a speed demon, however this cart is being built more for resort use, or on the acreage, even some nice trail riding, so 25 mph is fast enough to enjoy it and still let the older kids have a tour on it, if the parents so choose.

With aftermarket motors and controllers we can get speeds of up to 40mph out of a 48 volt system with out crazy modifications to the electronics. However when we get to those speeds we typically like to see 4 wheel hydraulic brakes installed, a arm suspension etc...

We have a customer right now who is wanting us to build him a gas cart with a Phazer motor in it, we are so busy that it will have to be a winter project.

Thanks for your question!
