IP's Being banned from server

Please post your IP adress if you are having issues accessing the server. This is an issue we experienced previously, Telus may have the IP banned. If your IP is not banned then there is an issue with your internet provider. With an email to them they will look into as well.

The only IP's we have banned from the server are IP's from known Spammers in China.

There is no other IP's banned, please check with your internet provider on the IP issue. And post it here as well, we will contact telus as well.

IP ban will affect aliases. Spammers tend to create lots of aliases from one ip, so ip ban is usually one rock → many birds.

Please forward me your IP if you cannot see the server or the tracert.

To do this,
Go to the start menu Run then type in cmd <enter>

Then type in tracert snowandmud.com

Copy your screen and post it.

This will tell where the broken connection is.

The issue is being repaired, apparently there is an issue in the switching to the new server. Thanks to the members that have sent me trace routes to assist with this.

This issue should be all fixed now. I dont believe that any more IP's cannot access the server.
