my Ipod was just stolen at the rexall pharmacy in spruce grove. Showtime and my 4 year old son went to get the boys prescription filled and my son left it on the chair when he went to the bathroom. Came back in less than 2 minutes and gone.

Whoever stole it i hope your proud of yourself. FAWKERS.

total BOOOOURNS. I just downloaded a whole bunch of new songs and kids movies onto it so he could watch it while we wait at the doctors office. I take the ipod everywhere! It has saved so many meltdowns.

I also use it everytime i work out.

Thats never fun. Did you at least back up your files onto your computer so you can re-sync them to a new iPod?

BTW, if it makes you feel any better, the thiefs iTunes library and yours are obviously different. So he can't transfer your stuff to his computer. If he syncs it, it will just erase your files and upload his.

They are all backed up on my computer so that's alright. I'm sure the douche won't want anything I put on it regardless. I wish there was some kind of feature to report a stolen ipod that when you plugged it into the computer and it was found stolen it would just freeze up. If I can't have it then neither can they. Fawkers.

Actually, they have that! Newer generation iPod Touches, iPhones... etc. with MobileMe you can lock your phone, or delete all information on it. You can post a return address or put it into a "bricked" state. (Bricked meaning you can't use it, its pooched until you sync it to YOUR iTunes again) Mobile me is also available for MacBooks too I believe.

I'd highly recommend getting it on your next purchase!

No problem. I used to work at Futureshop, I got to learn a few tricks of the trade.
