If I stretch from a 154 to a 163 is there anything I should change with the gearing?

Pending your riding style and rider weight I have found 20/39 to be the best .
If your buying new chain anyway this ratio will have no big deflection in chain.
21/39 will have.

You sure it's 21/39 not 21/49? 21/39 seems a bit tall! I like gearing my 800r on the high side and clutching it heavy they like to be worked.
