Hey guys im heading to Revy and i just purchased a dj's kit with his mountain ramps as well as new rollers and sliders because they were worn. Iam just wondering before i button it back up, what is the ideal set up for Revy on a 2008 xp 800 154". I just dont want to be tinkering with it at the hill too much. thanks for any help.

What rollers, stock or after market? High torque rollers are heavier than stock, i believe by a gram or so. With stock rollers, head, y-pipe, some airbox mods, 2.5 camo extreme, i ran 15.9 grams on clicker 4 in revy, golden sicamous and it pulled 8200rpm all day long. Never touched a clicker.(230lbs with gear.)

If you go to DJ's website, he recommends 15.9g. I would start with 15.9 and clicker 4. Adjust from there.
