Just wondering what the conditions are like up at 51, are they actively logging up there this year ???

i was riding there the 28-29 of december which were week days, there was no active loggin during that time (maybe because of the holidays) and the road was plowed to km 14, and i got my truck stuck at km 14.25 haha trying to recover a smashed up sled.

We were there couple weeks ago as well no logging on weekend. FYI it is only plowed to about 12.5 or so it was a little tight swinging around the 4 place enclosed.

I have Rino Garmin, wonder will these work radio 156.24 or what type or brand name of radio, could somebody post website of what it look like?
Almost thinking going Area 51 but not sure if Rino Garmin will work.

Sorry, in reply to your post. No your garman radio will not work, must have have a fsr radio.

road radios

Buy the small hand held kenwoods with the extended cord mic. Get your group to invest the same. that's what we use and is the best communication. You can even here them while riding. THIS AREA HAS HEAVY TRAFFIC DO NOT RIDE:)
