Replace the MAF and check to make sure the abs sensors are plugged in, just follow the wires from the hub to locate the connection.

Why was the dash taken out? Daytime running lights use the high beam circuit modulated at around 30%. So it sounds like you have high beams only. Did wires get re-connected in the dash? May also be a faulty drl module od the multi-function switch.

Did you check the tire as well as the rim? I seen in your earlier post you swapped summer tire and wheel one at a time and found the bad one, but you say you checked the rim, how about the tire?
