Make sure you the put the cables back on the servo motor in the right spot. I made that mistake before too, and it caused the engine code. You can idle around than when you hit 6500 the code will throw and pretty much limp mode your motor.
It's on the outside of throttle bodies, I know there will always be oil in the throttle body. Talked to a few different dealerships and they all said that will most likely be the issue.
Yea, checked coolant level and did pressure test. According to the cat dealership in Prince George its the check valves on the oil pump seeing how i have some oil on my throttle body.
Been running the arctic cat oil since day one of owning it, so its definitely not the oil or it should have shown up sooner. According to the arctic cat dealer in town, its the banjo fittings for the oil pump. $400 for them to fix it, quoted $30 a piece for the fittings yet online arctic cat...
I just recently noticed that when i start my sled up and go to ride off the sled hesitates and starts to blow out grayish/black smoke. After you ride off though it goes away has any one else encountered this?
They're not H4 they're separate bulbs for high and low but they are goofy. They're 894 and 893. Was hoping I could find something better than Sylvania silver stars.
Does anyone know where you can get some good after market headlight bulbs for a 2007 Arctic Cat M8. I know PIAA makes them for other sleds but can't find any HID's or Good After market bulbs for this year
If the cable broke off and the valve fell in easiest way to diagnose it is take the cable from the servo motor and pull than release it and you should hear the valve move up and down and if the cable broke off then the cable will come out when you pull on it.
They are deleting the exhaust valves to eliminate the fail of power cables and the servo motor. You can get a kit from supreme power tools for $480 they are similar to the skidoo power valves. They eliminate the servo motor and put a chip there to make the ecu think the motor is still there and...
No I'm saying how is it possible that someone is allowed to live in the protected area with dogs and have it all packed down where "predators" can easily get any caribou that resides in that area because. He has packed trails going in and out of there. Also the odd thing of it not being...
Kind of unfair to make that area where the trailer is caribou protected where there is a lot of good areas to climb and jump in that pit. But, an elder is allowed to live right in the middle of a caribou protected area....
Has any one else encountered the group of dogs in the prosper pine trail area, at the open pit area that is marked caribou protected. I was sledding there this weekend and stopped at the corner that is like a switch back at the open pit and heard barking. I walked over to the open pit and seen a...

I am now in the same boat too, my vibration changes with the speed I am going. Low speed you don't really feel it but as you get pick up speed the vibration seems to feel the worse at 3/4 throttle especially on groomed trails. I am guessing its my drive shaft because as said in previous posts...
The problem finally showed up. The steel casing running over the cable for the power valves broke off right at the tube going into the engine. Making the clutch side power valve hang up a bit and finally threw a code.
I have a 2008 arctic cat m8 and it has a bog to it if you get on the throttle hard, but idles fine. I have changed the reeds to m1000 ones and boyesen and the issue was still there. I also have checked the power valves, cleaned the slight charcoal off of them and checked to make sure they...
