Ya the 09 has the aluminum bumper. Found lots of 08 parts but the only thing that transfers over are the suspension stuff. And the funny thing is that I’m travelling through Saskatoon tomorrow heading to my parents for Christmas. Been watching for a while parts sled but there all older or pro style.
What would you want for everything I need. Just looking for stock stuff as it’s the wife’s sled and pretty much just goes for a tour more then anything. But if the price is right I’m always game for upgraded stuff.

I got an 09 700 rmk and I can only seem to get 2-300 km on a set of champion plugs and sled doesn't want to run or idle or go in reverse with the ngk plugs. Anybody try any different brands

You guys say there is a wire to unplug for running 87 octane fuel with ethanol in it. I'm running 91 octane in mine cause there is nobody that sells ethanol free 87. And I'm hearing that for the best performance to run 87. Any thoughts. This is on a 09 m1000 with a bdx intake
Seems to develop a big when it's sits there and idles and seems to not want to idle all that well. Out in the field it seems to pull hard once it cleans itself out and as soon as it idles it idles down and starts to bog again
Thanks. I checked the fuel pressure and it seems to run a constant 44 psi which is good. So I'm not really sure what to try next. My buddy is thinking the throttle position sensor but not sure. Gonna have to do some investigating.

was just there on saturday. roads was in good shape some of the snow pack was starting to fall apart around the lakes to the parking lot... there was about a foot of powder and good base underneath... didnt go very far cause it snowed pretty much the whole day.
