I installed the CR Racing bumper/ tunnel support in all black on my 163 this year. Fit and finish is perfect, install was straight forward you'll just need an air riveter.
Re: Feedback on Trenchers 36" a arm kit
Looks like a nice kit, are they available anywhere local around Edmonton or online order only? Will I need to replace the stock shocks on my 18? Polaris told me I would need to install new shocks if I went to a REACT front end.
Thanks.
I had the same thing happen to me on my 2018 last year in salmon blue river. Dealer warrantied but it took about a month and a half to get it back. They installed the steel splined drive shaft like what came on the 2011-2012 pro's.
I installed the RK Tech dual ringers before last season in my XRS and it ran strong all season long! They come with caged wrist pin bearings that makes installation fairly easy.
I was talking to the boys at NADP a while back about exhaust systems for my 07 LMM. They do have a DPF delete kit but then you need to run a programmer as well.

Thanks for the tips guys, I have a set of RK Tek pistons on order. Anybody have an idea of how much clearance I should have between bearings and crankcase?
Hey guys, so I know this has probably been discussed before but wanted a fresh opinion. I am rebuilding my 800R motor and am wondering which pistons I should use. I rebuilt the top end before this season and used SPX's, put about 300 miles on them before a crank bearing seized on me. The...
Hey guys, please help. I'm currently a doo owner but seriously thinking of buying a cat, M8 to be more specific. Ive heard that they took some weight out of their cranks for 2010 and was wondering if thats true and if youve had or heard of any reliability issues? Thanks in advance for any...
X2 I rebuilt my top end on my XRS about a month ago, take y-pipe off and the jugs will come out, I pulled the reeds off only for ease of re-installing the jugs. Its a tight space to work but can be done!
