The possibility of this happening is very real, and that means we are in for a rough few years. The coalition will be rocky at best, and will never last a full term. The conservatives need to find a strong, likable leader in the meantime. I like Scheer, but he's not the leader we need right now.

I hate to say it but Alberta should separate if the left gets in, hopefully we can get rid of our coup(coalition) as well. The west needs to separate as well and get rid of the money sucking parasites. If he 3 stooges get in, they will be pushing the UN on us, socialist and criminals.

I would be fine seperating whether the Libs or the Cons get in. To much uncertainty in Alberta's future every 4 years. I think Jason Kenney would steer the ship to nothing but massive prosperity especially if Scheer could push TMX and the energy corridor through. If not we just sell to the Americans and keep all the money for ourselves instead of pissing it all away on transfer payments to the hypocritical east.
We have been waiting 114 years to be treated as equals to the east and srry folks but it is not coming.
I am ready to leave regardless of federal election.
It is just a continuous loop and enough is enough.
Even if conservatives get in there is to much to fix in four years or even eight before another left wing socialist group gets back in and fawk chit up again.
I am sadly ready to leave.
Prefer our own country but would even consider being an American.
But enough already, time to leave.

So, where do we sign up to support the formation of the country of Western Canada? We absolutely cannot work as a landlocked country, so we either need the territories, or BC on board to make it worthwhile at all. Or at least Saskatchewan and Manitoba so that we can ship out exports out via Hudson Bay.

An official movement should be started. Politicians won't do this on their own. Anyone have experience with that sort of undertaking?

Washington and Oregon have long coastlines.
Ill be happy to pay that. It will pay for it self in a week of not being part of Canada.
