After losing 2 court decisions with Alberta in the last 12 months the Trudeau Liberals today lost in court again on the Emergency Act litigation against them. They had froze bank accounts and this was deemed unconstitutional by the federal judge. Christian Freeland had said the government will waste more tax dollars and appeal this decision. Why is our legal system so slow it took almost 2 years to come to this verdict? There was no doubt in my mind that the invocation of the Emergencies Act was unjustified, but why is our legal system so dreadfully slow to rule on such critical matters of national importance?
