Just had fentanyl for the first time a couple months ago. Now I understand what all the fuss is about. Giant needle in the ball sack was no problem at all after a bit of this wonderful stuff

Hey I’m not sure what kinda party you were at but please cut back on the fentanyl we love yah brother!
