Got my Axys back from dealer today. They replaced the black running boards with new ones under warranty. Old ones were flaking.

Which a arms did you go with after your stock ones bent

Zbros 39" bolts right on, didn't have to change steering or anything. If you don't have a press, ball joints would be hard to do, pretty tight.

Rolled over 2000 miles today. Probably around 80-90 days riding.

I'm extremely hard on **** though so take that into consideration. My dealer has been awesome this year keeping me running and stealing parts if necessary. I have friends that have had no issues at all. As far as the throttle sticking they will all do that in the right conditions. Carry a bottle of lock deicer with you. This sled is amazing in the trees so I guess I have to buy another one for 2017.

I am not sure "extremely" covers a full description of how hard you may be on your sled...try adding all of these in

very, exceedingly, exceptionally, especially, extraordinarily, in the extreme, tremendously, immensely, vastly, hugely, intensely, acutely, singularly, uncommonly, unusually, decidedly, particularly, supremely, highly, remarkably, really, truly, mightily

Johnny should be a test rider for a manufacturer. That kid can ride and get places with a sled. He needs to age more and slow down. Lol.

Tracks are wearing prematurely, at the windows that don't have the clips. Friend on mine put a 2.4" track on after ripping the 2.6, his 2.4" is now wearing the same way so it has something to do with the skid or drivers rather than the track.

good thread, seriously considered checking a '17. think ill wait for the new cat engine.

Might be waiting another four years. So far it's been four years of "Suzuki contract is expiring next year, new motor will come out to replace it." And every year, there's the Suzuki motor again.

I noticed my track is doing this as well, I would guess that some of the lighter snow conditions down low doesn't help any. A fully clipped track would be the way to go for sure, I also wonder if anti stab wheels would help?? Based on the wear it almost seems the front of the rails are doing it after the track wraps around the drivers. Seems like this is common on the 2.6" more than 3"

I notice a lot of track wear on the sides of the track. On my SKS I see that the track is almost touching the left hand tunnel the whole length of the track leaving a huge gap on the right hand side. Looks like I have to pull & move the drivers on the shaft to get the track square. See what my Dealer has to say first before fixing myself.

Give your bolt on the left side one turn tighter, should fix that issue. No need to waste you time at a dealer for that.

I was going to start with that but looking at the track it is the same distance from the tunnel the whole length. But I will play with the tensioner before talking to dealer.

There's talk on Snowest that some Axys RMKs have their driveshaft driver off-center, leading to the tracking being offset all the way down the tunnel. Definitely a possibility that yours is like that.
