XP Belt Adjuster

So, I finally got rid of the factory belt adjuster off of my 08 & put the Supreme Tool one on... why did I not do this last year??? It's easier / faster to adjust & the most important thing is it's not made out of phony plastic, so this should last.

Agree, getting rid of the plastic adjuster is the first thing you should do with an 08.

I got a buddy who has a Supreme tool adjuster brand new and also a Smitty,s inside wheel kit (blue colour) also new for sale if someone else wants these upgrades. pm me for details. I had one of these adjusters on my 08 aswell and thought it was great but it does stick out a bit so if you put your sled on its side with the track spiining, it can hit the side panel. There are 2 things you can do, glue a piece of sheet metal on the inside of the panel to protect it and secondly the threads are a bit long on the adjuster so if you grind a bit off the backside before installing, it will screw in deeper.
