had the same sled. i can go ON for pages on what makes that sled rock.
take your cylinders into cycle works machine shop. have them match a set of wiseco pistons to your cylinders. they may need to oversize. they will supply the gaskets and pistons...everything you need. pm me when you get that stuff. or whatever top end kit you get ill give you some install tips.
here is my break in procedure.
add 500ml of 2 stroke oil to the first full tank of fresh gas.
let the sled come up to temperature ona track stand. and then let cool down completely.
cycle this 3 times.
keeping the front end lifted to ensure proper coolant circulation. (you will have to add some)
once this is done. ride it how you would normally ride it.
as for mods.
dj clutch kit
dynoport exhaust system
delete the oil injection
nitrous oxide
DROP a tooth on your top gear
add a larger track. 151 x 2.5
skid drop brackets
my old 600 would run or beat the 800r. but i didnt have a very good track...so this is where i lost.
Thanks Max! that was my gut feeling on pistons <I think I should up grade too 800,But this sled rocks:dCant wait to break her inThen get 800 I think its going to be a good season
