850 top end torque specs

2017 summit looking for top end torque specs. If anyone can help me out I did a bunch of searching can’t find anything I’m sure I’m just missing it this can’t be the first time being brought up.. lol
Also what should compression be I tested it last week 2 different gauges showed 104 psi both reading the same.. keeps fouling mag side plug

From the service manual Cyl head 21 lbft Cylinder block 37 lbft
Compression wear limit 110 psi

for reference, I have one with 1600k that was just in shop and they compression tested 145 (engine warm)
