Just to point out the LinkedIn bio you posted has Terence as a biomed intern, and currently working as a Member Services Rep at Planet Fitness. So the lady/thing talking on the news is only an intern, and also answers phones at Planet Fitness. Seems a bit odd. Er maybe there actually is a Terence Tam too ��
