Actually, I made a video and put it on Youtube.

Behind Bars is just our riding group name, we thought it clever at the time and the name just stuck since me and my friends came up with it back in grade 9... We aren't like the BombSquad or anything... I wish.

Nope, the sand and some of the mud was at Elk Island lake, and the north shore trails and the fields, and the helmet cam where at my place.
