polaris winch

we have a 2008 400 sportsman Ho and was wondering if any body else is having problems with there polaris winchs now i need a new motor for it and polaris said i have to buy the complete package does any one know if i can get that motor rewound or purchase after market

Go to interior offroad edmonton 3000 pound winch 200 bucks and they work good ' I tryed one no problems yet'

You can get just the motor for the polaris winch. I would have to wait until monday to get a part number but polaris has part breakdowns of there winches in the back of the 2008 accessorie guide.

OP. motor discontinued, you can only get the whole kit now. i have one in the shop with the same issue.
