thinking of buying a aluminum trailer 14 foot ..
anybody have experience with these ?
I want to use it to double tow behind a fifth wheel (25 foot)...
should I get electric or surge brake ?
should I upgrade to 15" tires?

I used to tow a 12' triton single axle behind my 25.5' fifth wheel with no trouble. I would do the 15" wheel upgrade with electric brakes. the tekonsha brake controller I have in my pickup states in the literature it will control up to 5 axles. if I recall correctly, your total length cannot be more than 67' but I've seen some pretty long double tow setups cruising the highways....
