My house update

I will start form the start with a few pics along the way for those who have never seen the project.

Digging the foundation hole, had to blast too, Did the digging myself with a friends help

Unloading the Post & beam stuff, Trucks could not make it up the driveway, 1,500 feet.

Used dad's truck to make a few trips up the driveway

Spent over 100 HR's sanding to make it look perfect

doing Geo Thermal, drilled two 450 foot wells

Got a little snow about 4 weeks ago

Cleaning up getting ready to ruff in the driveway, backfilling the pump line and well line.

Been working on elec and Plumbing but no Pics.

Insulation all done on Wednesday, did spray foam in most of the house.

Sheet Rock showed up today.

Got some up Tuesday so they could Foan the back side of the Garage house wall

OK thats all for now.

Cleared the spot last summer and started digging Mid April this year.
Not to far of from where I hoped to be at this point but still off. Been very busy at work and the sanding took WAAAAAAAAAY longer than I though as did the electric. Have a LOT of good friends and the BEST DAD in the world helping. If not for them forget it.

NO, I own a Tool & Die Machine shop but am a jack of all trades thanks to dad. My Bro and a few friends have help each other do just about everything ya can do so not scared to take on pretty much anything.


I just wish I had more time this year to have done even more of it myself.
