Mod Story's?

Attempting to builld up another Mod sled wanted to know what other builds you guys are creating out there?
Possible ideas im attempting: Swapping torsion springs with coil, Seat and tank swaps, taller stances on trailing arm set up, and installing air frame running boards on an older sled (pre 2000)

I recently picked up a 97 XLT 600 that has a 136 track with inch and a half paddles. Brand new hi fax and new shocks. My plan is to put bigger shocks on, lower the track, find a newer style seat and tank from a wrecked sled, and custom boards. Was wondering if anyone has attempted this with anything else and how much trouble (if any) with lowering the track and putting bigger shocks with the radius rods?

Sweet idea to chain it upside down to your shop roof...easier to work on them that way.
