Okay so I have 55psi on my mag side so it is time for a fix kit. I was thinking about a big bore kit maybe instead but I cannot make up my mind. I see nothing but good things about the PMS fix kit and it is a good price. Does anybody have any reviews on the Bikeman durability kit that comes in big bore now?
Also, what machine shop do you guys recommend me to use?
I am going to attempt to do the install myself. I am a millwright but I have never rebuilt an engine before so it will be a learning experience. Any tips would be appreciated!

Stay away from the big bore. Your cylinders aren't thick enough to be bored out. The bikeman and PMs kits are the almost the same. one uses a Wiseco piston, the other, a Wossner. I would just get a PMS kit from Chris at Parkland Motor sports. He will get you set up right and has everything you will need at his shop.

As for rebuilding the engine, its very simple, as long as you take you time and measure your ring end gap properly and that your cylinder to piston clearance is correct.
