Lost my lights...arghhhhhhh

97 583 Summit....lights flashed a couple of times on the last ride...then lost all lights...gauges..everything...runs like a top though...regulator or lighting coil?...what do ya think?

Without more info I am thinking stator. Check voltage behind rectifier and see if you have an output of over 12v DC..

ohhh...got lucky...was just a broken wire hidden in the sheath...whew....
