kill switch

Anyone else having problems with the kill switch ? basically not killing the engine

I have mine pointing down .. and I've had it like that on my last 2 XMs and this one

i hit it, nothing happens, sometimes takes 5 seconds till engine dies .. sometimes i have to hit it and pull it a few times

small annoyance .. but what the hell !
