About 50% done harvest. 80ac of soft white wheat to pick up and then moving to straight cut canola.

Don’t have to thresh it too aggressively, it cracks pretty easily. I used 10 concave and 800 rotor speed. 15 top and 6 bottom, wind at 1000. Running precision concaves in the first 4 slots and a regular small wire Deere concave at the back on an S670.

Finished my durum last night. Pretty sad. Best field did 30. Worst did 22.

Today I went and ran cart for a buddy. This quadtrac was just a bit nicer than the old 1980 4690 I have on my cart. His yields were about double too. All the rain I saw going south of me on the radar all summer must have hit his land

I've been helping out some friends harvest north of Maidstone SK. They grow CPS Penhold wheat...the poorest yield was 80 and highest was 98 so far. They tell me this is probably the biggest wheat yield their farm has ever had.

Looks like a GM wheel bearing. Usually change those with every set of tires.

About 5-6% which seems dry for straight cutting without desiccating. Yield is terrible though.

117bu acre on dry land. You guys are spoiled up there lol

Wheat yields up here are amazing this year, don’t understand where they came from, this is typically 65-70bu country on a really good year, It’s not representative of the whole crop by any means, just a little jackpot, but we’ll take it
