Engine high temp light on and beeps after motor swap?

Looked at all the wiring over several times, can find an issue. Sled ran great, swaped motor and harness over to another chassis and beeps and light stays on now. Anyone see this before or have a manual that tell me that water temp is the only flag for this or is there multiple causes?

after two hrs found another plug in behind motor that was the same, had two mixed up

Looking at my manual. Looks like the temp sensor. I will try to post the trouble shooting for the sensor using an ohm meter.
