Compensation From United Airlines

Well after only 5 short months United Airlines finally compensated us for lost luggage on our way to Mexico in Feb/09 They gave us a fraction of what we had to replace and a $200 travel voucher for our inconvenience that must be used in the USA, booked with a US credit card and a few other USA restrictions. Ya, catchy tune..... That guy wrote the song, because united really did brake his guitar!!! He was in the papaer a month or 2 ago, about his song and his experience with united!

Airlines don't give a crap about our luggage. It does'nt matter to them if you luggage goes missing. I remember a welder came over to Yeman with a duffle bag of squares and tip cleaning brushes, all sorts of tools he thought he could use. That bag never made it. They should be held accountable. My 2 cents.
