Pathetic isn't it Matt? They are so clueless. Just picking low hanging fruit for their sheeple who haven't got the time to think for themselves.

So if he’s worried about guns being resold and used in crimes. Shouldn’t he now be worried about police surplus equipment being resold now and used for crimes.

Where is Blair at during the NS shootings?

The Turd was asked that at a morning briefing the other day and he said Minister Blair is very busy. There, you heard it right from the Turds mouth.

Pretty easy to be a Monday morning quarterback weeks after when you have all the facts. Obviously the RCMP senior people took too long to make decisions and properly alert the public. The officers on the ground in the first few hours are a different story. They are understaffed everywhere in the country. In the first hour or so, there probably was only 2 of them in the area. ( that’s common in rural detachments everywhere 2 or maybe 4 on duty at night ). Unlike the city police, it takes the RCMP way more time to get sufficient manpower on scene. Hours. So how are a few cops supposed to isolate a large rural area by themselves, as well as respond to multiple 911 calls at the same time? Can’t happen. And when incoming assets come into an unfamiliar rural area, getting them to where they are needed is problematic. Ever been lost in the country at night? There’s no streetlights and the crossroads With signs can be far apart. Also, in many rural areas, the police radio system has huge dead spots. The cops can’t communicate with each other. Add to all of that, the guy you’re looking for looks exactly like you.
There were screw ups for sure and they’ll hopefully be looked into and fixed.
Emergency responses in the real world are way different than what you see on TV.

The facts are they have got so good at hassling the good citizens they can’t fight any real crime anymore.Making 100s of thousands of new criminals outa legal gun owners is what they are going to be even more busy with.

When was the last time you were hassled by a cop? And it’s not the cops who make the laws, it’s dim witted politicians trying to score cheap politically correct points with urban progressives. Ask a Mountie in a rural detachment what he thinks about the gun laws, and whether he has any intention of enforcing them. If you’re smart about how and when you use your guns, you’ll never have to worry.

Sheriff=traffic cop. RCMP= Actual cop. Deals with criminal matters. Different. Most Mounties other than the few on major highways don’t bother with tickets anymore unless they see something really stupid. They haven’t got the time.

Only thing those actual cops do is take notes after the crimes committed. Don't see am doing anything to prevent crime where I live.

some are actually pretty cool guys... but I get your vibe.

on the other hand, you should see my brother in law the EPS cop. Total clown and I have zero respect for him. He got into the force to try to flex his power and TRY to force respect to him cause he could never earn any on his own growing up. It’s gotta be obvious when you are totally different than the whole family but believe that we are the ones not seeing things right lol.

And RCMP were the losers in high school, true story.
