What area of Fernie-coal creek is that? Im guessing rolling hills up top on the ridge.

me and my son rode in from Corbin today went into the rolling hills and WOW the snow was deep
viability really sucked but we made the best of it riding pow like that isn't something you get that often
another rider we met there said that the cornices came down at the top but he didn't see any tracks in that area so doesn't sound like any one was involved
snowed all day so the next couple days should be awesome
