Well guys, it was a great day and those 3 Albertans did themselves proud. Avalanche etiquette was excellent and I'd take those dues anywhere they wanted to go!

A quick picture as I have a meeting tonight in Fernie. I'll load the rest tomorrow.....spring riding is awesome.....

It is time for decks! If you have a trailer, the start of the trail will be icy and rocky; about 5 km to some soft snow. There are no turn arounds or pullouts on the Crossing Creek trail.

IMHO, with a deck and the icy conditons of the road, chains would be in order to keep from slipping sideways and for chewing through the remaining moguls.

Last week there was 185 cm of packed snow up top. Still lots of riding up there, just difficult to get too....
