Any problems with 2012 foreman exposed rear drive shaft yet?

Hey guys/gals has anyone heard/noticed any problems with the new foreman yet. Noticed the rear drive shaft is open where it use to be sealed???

Not that I've heard of, and can't see it being a problem - the other big 3 have had exposed drive shafts for many moons without issue.
