'96 Summit crank full of oil

I wrecked my 1996 Summit 670 last winter and just got around to fixing it this week. I noticed oil in my carburetor when I pulled the airbox, I pulled the carbs and found the crank case is full of oil and my reservoir is almost empty. Has anyone had this problem? Is it the inner crank seals? Can the oil pump leak while sitting and fill the rotary valve housing then fill the crank? Any ideas how to test this?

It is most likely a seal on your rotary valve shaft but could be an inner crank seal. I believe flat rate is 6.8 hrs for the job. Got a buddy who is a good wrench? There are come specialized tools to do the job as well.
