2006 kawasaki 650 brute force

hey there i have a 2006 650 kawaski brute force that i just finished installing bigger piston and rings and now i go to start it and it just cranks over, it has spark and fuel but will not fire any ideas

Timing out? It's got fuel and spark it's gotta be something like that.
