I agree that the Black Millenium photo is a 136". I too own a 2000 151 Highmark and it was the only 151 in 2000.

Its not streched, its just missing the black plastic pieces on the side of the tunnel making it look longer.

november 1st. sorry for all the confusion. and posts. i was really worried because i bought the sled to ride in the mountains. and i dont know if a 136 would do good there. so i was really wondering if it actually was a 151. but thanks for your time.

It is Quite possible it is streched,,Most people mod there sled when they
get one,,it's 10years old probably been owned by a couple different people
chance are good it's had some work along the way. There is no way to know
for sure with out looking at the machine...

FWIW I found the 136in track, (hp being equal) worked just as good on those sleds in the mountains,as the 151. What you give up in floation, you make up for with track speed.

The guy says it's 151,,it looks like it could be,,he's probably not lying. Check it out in person then you'll know...

Hope this helps, from skidoo website

Mellennium was a 136 x 2 stock

700 highmark was a 151 x 2 &1.75 (dual height)

The spring only limited edition Summit 700 Highmark features an incredible 151-inch track (the longest of any manufacturer) and a dual height lug track, with 2" on the outside and 1.75" lugs on the inside, for superior snow clearing. It was available with special yellow cab, belly pan and graphics.

I used to have a 2000 700 with the 136' track Yellow with the black bellypan. The Himark was a 151" track yellow with yellow bellypan. The Mellinium 700 was black with Chrome graffics and was alvailable only with the 136" track.

here are Pics of Our 2000 Summit 700 's with 136" track

Easiest way to tell if it was stretched is look at the heat exchanger the 151 will be right to the back of the tunnel if it's factoryif there's approx 6 in between the flap and exchanger it's been stretched

Here's my old sled '02 Summit(RIP) it was a 144:
IMG_3117.jpg

That millennium sled is a 136 it would say. If memory serves me correctly mine had a small extension piece right on the rear of the tunnel where I have the gas can. 151 tunnels had the small piece but it was twice as long. 136 tunnel has no extension piece. But on the other hand we are talking about track length not tunnel length:)
