06 brute force tie rod ends break off???

been having problems with the inner and outer tierod ends breaking off and or getting loose... i ve even put on a castle nut with a cotterpin... its like the threads strech and breaks when it gets loose.... i have been using allballs tie rod kits and think that the problem.....

Try finding some HD 400ex aftermarket tierods

ASR ( american star racing ) makes some solid tierods. I went with them after my ball joints fell right off the inner side !

huh thats one big asmb........ thats what i was thinking of making..... allballs sent me 2 replacement sets...... ill see if they work any better than before

Do you remember what they cost and were ya got them from?

U can get them direct from American star racing. They have 3 different level of them and I believe the cheap ones r $100 and the best ones are around $160-$170 I can't remember but the top ones are ones I went with. So far so good with them.
