I had my tps set on my pc5 and then the sled went in on a service and they set the sleds actual tps to what it's supposed to be, now do I have to re-do the tps setting on my pc5 or just leave it
What's everyone running for a pipe and can set up.. I'm running the Slp pipe and can but it doesn't sound the best, anyone running something different?
Putting a 2" powermadd riser on my switchback assault protaper.. My sleds outta town and I know u need different bolts.. Does anyone know by chance so I can have the bolts for this weekend

I noticed a clunking on my quad when u go to engage and start rolling and when I let on and off my throttle but no clunk when I'm steady on throttle. It's fairly loud.. Anything to worry about or look for?
So checking over my new 2012 sba and both of my rails are cracked where there screw holds the slider on the rail.. Also talked to my buddy and his rails are te same both sleds zero miles.... bullch!t if u ask me.. Just a heads up check your rails

im looking at getting a new sled and its gonna be either a 2011 or 2012 polaris 800 and wanna kno eveyones input i am jumping from a 2010 rmk 800 which had more motor problems then i wanna deal with.. whats the pros and cons and what rides better for my im thinking a rmk assualt but wat year
is it just the 800 CFI engines that are garbage or are theyre people having problems with the 6s and 7s, im about to throw in the towel on my 800 CFI and whats funny is i have such a long problem list with my sled the dealer i bought it from wont even take the thing back in on trade for a new rmk
so i went through my sled before putting it away and notice that both my rails were cracked right where the screw holds ur sliders on the rail, the dealer covered the rails under warranty but he also said there were a coulpe sleds with this problem, just thought i should let u guys kno so u can...
has anyone installed these?? did u cut out the entire old slitted vent part or did u cut exactly to fit the modrod vent, and u took out the foam i take it? did u heat tape the can side if you did?? pics would be very helpful too thanks
