    Proclimb Clutching

Is anyone doing anything to the clutching on there 2012-newer Proclimbs? I have a 2012, and it seems to work awesome with the weights I run, but I am wondering if anyone has tried anything different and if it has worked better than stock. Thanks,

    2008 xp 154 help

narrow your ski stance, it makes it alot more "flickable" in my opinion. Also loosen your limiter strap right off and tighten the front spring up as much as possible. My 08 handled like a dream. I bought the spacer bracket from MOTs Machining that adjusts the angle of the rear scissor in the...

    Bikeman 950 xp

I have a buddy that got a Bikeman big bore installed by TSS. he hasn't had much help with tuning, its like they slapped it in and said good luck.. He asked what he should do for clutching and they told him to "see how it runs the way it is".... They added 20HP to the sled and told him to keep...

    Bikeman 950 xp

I have a MOTs 880 in my sled and it has been bullet proof. aside from clutching and the usual electrical issues the 08's had, by sled climbs with the new XM 163's. and its a 154! are you running his Head? are you running the crankshop pipe? these are things he tunes and builts his kits...

    MCBPerformance, Plug-N-Go

On your link it says that the Temp alarm will not work if this is plugged in. So, if I were to get the temp module for my 2008 Everest guage cluster, would that be useless? would I need a different guage setup? or can I still see my temp, just no alarm and flashing light? Thanks for the...

    MCBPerformance, Plug-N-Go

Hey guys, Just saw this online and thought I would throw it on here to see if anyone has seen or used one of these. What do you guys think? I can see this helping performance, but would there possibly be something Negative about this product? Does anyone have one of these? or have any...

Corey Micku's kit with bikeman features a stiffer spring i do believe and he was telling me at the sled show that it would make a difference. just wondering if it would with this kit. anyone try anything like this with this kit? thanks,

800R big bore kits....whose do you have, and how's it workin?

I have never bashed the builders of any of my aftermarket parts. it is other threads that I am refering too of people that slap there kits together and then get mad when they blow it up, without realizing why or how. Heading to Blue this weekend, gonna try out some gearing now that the...

800R big bore kits....whose do you have, and how's it workin?

Last season I WAS a little bit dissatisfied with my MOTS 880 Big Bore. I talked with Dynamo Joe and got everything worked out, I then talked with Tom at MOTS and brought him my sled. the motor was perfect, the issue i was having was electrical. I guess I owe a sorry to TOM for doubting his...

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

I believe that 2007 or 2008 they got away from the spline on the Primary and went to a taper. there is a taper that hold the 2 halves of the primary together as well as the usual taper that hold the whole primary on the crank. I had the Spring Cover fail on my primary over the holidays. just...

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

There are no splines on my primary at all. It is just a bushing that allows the two halves of the primary to slide towards and away from each other.

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

There is also the main bushing that is pressed into your Primary and rides right on the inside half of the Primary. they look good, but I think you would have to measure it to notice the difference. Dynamo Joe has the measurement info on his website I do believe. other than that takethebounce...

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

From what I understand these TRA clutches get lounder and start making more noise as bushings and such start to wear out. could be something a little bit worn and at that 3500RPM mark you make the perfect amount of vibration that it makes noise, then after that it smooths out. Wouldnt hurt to...

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

not sure but Dynamo may just have a knack for it.... LOL.. Thanks again for the info. my Sled is almost ready to go, I think i will see how the 880 performs with just a lower top gear (19) and then I will think about going to a 49 or something on the top gear. And of course I am running the...

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

LOL. Ok good. Ya thats what I was getting at too. either way it is an agressive helix. watch him in Sledencks 14, he cant keep his skis anywhere but pointed at the sky! I hear of people putting stiffer springs in there secondary, but I have also heard that an optimal clutch would actually...

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

Sorry Dynamo, I think you took that wrong. I understand that you have a stand alone clutch. But I am saying that he must have something that pulls like your clutch.

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

I would assume it is the clutch kit that comes with the Bikeman Big bore. unless Bikeman gave him something extra special to use. I dont think it would be too far off of the Dynamo Joe Kit. I think they run a little bit stiffer secondary spring though.

    Dynamo Joe CLutch Kit

You are correct. this was also my dealers solution to me blowing belts back in 2008. I am currently running a 19 top gear. but I am hoping that i may be able to go to the 49 on the bottom to get my track speed up when in the deep stuff!! We will see, I have other (electrical) issues I need...
