It is the water pump belt and it does also drive your oil pump. If you drove it for 10 mins you most likely took out the crank. This happened to me and I even had to replace the cases.

Took out the engine on my 2012 pro only has about 700km on it. It needs $2,500 worth of parts and dealer says they are at least two weeks out. They were good enough to give me a 2013 pro to use though while mine is being fixed on warranty so I have zero down time, thanks Cycle Works!!!

My cousin was riding with that group, it turns out he was the one riding it out when it burnt down. Apparently there were no charges and BRP is covering it and sounds like a possible recall.

No, he is out tuning and installing a set of race ski's.

Wanted to let all of you know that even though I am sitting on the beach in Thialand in plus 40*c blistering sun, I sm thinking of all the fresh snow that I am missing out on and cant wait to get back and go on another trip to Golden, I uess this well have to do for now LOL!!!
