Did some more pickin before high noon, made 40, 250 ml jars today for a total of 56 in total. Blueberries will be next.

No market for me I think you have to be inspected to be a market seller.
Last year we made about well over 125 jars I give lots away to freinds little barter to my neighbor for eggs stuff like that.

Million dollar truck stuck at work; was funny to watch him try and rock himself out. Rig mat kept getting in the way haha

Should have just hooked onto something solid and winched himself out Hmnn.

No roads on the navigation system in the F350. So, I guess we are in the middle of nowhere.....


Drove up Owls in Sicamous to poke around a little. Started out to see how much water was across the start of the trail into the main cabin and it was a no go. Up the road further to go into the Cache cabin. Some construction is happening: new board walks, peeled logs, and additional boards for more board walks. Rather interesting all the tools laying around. Almost, as if a bear scared the workers away and they dropped their tools and fled. Chainsaw helmets were full of water and draw knives, adze, etc. just laying on the ground.
Continued further up the road and had lunch. Always nice to go up in the summer to remind ones self not to ditch ride up there with all the rock plainly visible in the summer. Instagram link for the rest of the pictures.

I had a buddy who was playing with his on star navigation soon after they came out. Was ice fishing on Keeley lake and he was showing a friend of his how it worked. He called on star and asked if they could tell him where he was. They were looking and then said. " um, sir, you are in the middle of a lake"

That's it for the season. Yesterday was our last day picking and got 50 cups in 4 hours. Incredible amount of berries out there. The bears will be eating well this summer
