You go to all their preset questions and at the bottom where it asks if it helped, you hit the down thumb and you can email them.

Never had a problem with customer service. Usually get a reply in minutes
Yes we called about the pause feature and they emailed us back in less than a day.

Anybody have any insight that bought the camping set up? Wondering how they fit the cable in the trailer without drilling a hole through the wall.

what style of power plug do you have on the side of your RV Ken? do you have the old school "flapper" with the cord that pulls out, or the more modern "twist lock" style?

do you have power in any of your pass through compartments??

Depending on your trailer, your sinks usually have a hole in the floor for the pipes to pass through. Might have to spend a few minutes with the underbelly but that's where I'd bring mine up through I think

Make sure you tape over the end of the cable while you're messing with it so no dirt gets in that little USB end.

It’s the pull cable style. A guy could go through there I’m thinking. Thanks Tyler!

All the plumbing and wiring harnesses have been mouse proofed. I even jam steel wool into the hole where the power cord comes through so they can’t get in that way.

From my understanding the square Dishy and router are IP68 so you can technically leave it outside.
Oh really. Actually ally haven’t even opened the box yet to look at the instructions so will do that first of the week. I guess if it’s under an awning out of the sun and rain it should be fine outside?

Looks like it's IP54, Google says IP 54 id protected against dust limited ingress, no harmful deposits. Protected against water splashed from all directions, limited ingress permitted.

I’m setting up up a outdoor mesh system. Grandstream 7630lr. 4 units. Range is supposed to be 1000’. But I’m starting at 300’ apart for now.

My tech guru buddy advised against their mesh. He set me up with a bridge and am now running an access point in the house and shop. When the kid moves to the basement going to redo the office in the house, he said if I get a desktop I can run a program and more access points just like a hotel or office building for not much money.

Wow! All i can say about the customer service at starlink. I sent a ticket as i noticed that my dish heater seems to be always on and i was experiencing some issues and slower speeds at times. They apologized on the ticket then said:

Hello Ron,

Thank you for reaching out to Starlink Support!

We deeply apologize for the delay in responding to your service ticket and we appreciate your patience while we work through the backlog of tickets and build our support team.

We also like to apologize for your service disruption and will gladly resolve this matter for you. As a preventative measure, we replaced your Starlink kit (ORD-####-10) at no cost to you. As soon as the replacement one leaves our facility, you will be notified via email with a new tracking number.

In light of this, we issued you a month's credit that will be reflected on next month's billing cycle - Credit of (CAD) -140.00 issued for ##### with reference id ####

Thank you for your patience and understanding Ron!

Okay, just got new box with all the components 5 minutes ago. YAHOO>

There was absolutely "ZERO" instructions in there......Am I the only one that got no instructions..???

My concern is pointing of the dish.
Does orientation matter or does it just do its thing. Meaning up, down, left, right etc.
How to place on ground....II realize as level as possible, fore and aft axis.
Mine is more rectangular dish.
