Seriously what in the actual phuck? Here’s a great idea skidoo. Let’s put a reed bolt right behind the mf ing jackshaft brace you dumb French phuckwits.

Really close to saying phuck this and trading in on an alpha.

yah you need to loosen the 3 13mm tower bolts, pull the secondary, and just move the tower out of the way a half inch to get at that one.

So Suck my rig you plastic pos!!

Ok, I can blow some air through the top one as pictured but not the bottom on the solenoid side. Also I cannot blow anything through from the crankcase side. Anyone know what normal flow is supposed to be?

Bow Ridge has two in stock. Nobody else has one close so look like I’m going to visit Snopro on Monday.

Going to check the solenoid and see if it opens too.

Solenoid seems to work. Puts air to the raves through the one hose when energized and through the other when de-energized.

Kinda dicked myself though. Didn’t mark the hoses when I took them off the manifold. I feel like the one with the coiled wire in it was on top though...

Sweet. Thanks for the manual.
So when I blow into port 1 it doesn’t hold much pressure, port 2 I can’t get anything through and A&B seem normal. Good or bad?

Either way after all the fighting I did to get it out a new one is going back in regardless.

What the heck IS that part?
It's a Quebec engineering masterpiece that takes pressure from the crankcase and creatively re-routes it into the Rave valve system to open and close the Rave valves, also know as power valves.

The cable system that cat has been using for 10+ years was to easy so they went this route... except on the G4, it now has a cable system.
