I hate to say it but I TOTALLY AGREE with Bogger here.
Why are they trying to make this more complicated than it should be?
Also I want to make ONE amendment to boggers post and that is to also include a "thanks" button so those threads where people have questions can thank people for help weather it be trouble shooting or steering them in the right direction how to do something or where to look for certain products.
