Some well spoken and mature arguments for the pros and cons of having hid lights! Not really!

yup was going to say the same thing, read up on what your posting about lol, it has been beat to death, if the hid's are not factory and you didn't opt for the hid hoiusings they are illegal suck it up and pay your fine, the guy is just doin his job. regardless of conditions good or bad i am sure he had things he would much rather do than pull your azz over on a skating rink.

p.s. obey the friggen law and the boyz in blue will leave ya alone. j/s.

He's not saying anything about the fine he's talking about the unsafe manner it was dealt with.

Read the friggin post!

That cop put everyone in danger by making them stop in an unsafe place over a petty ticket. He could have tailed him until there was a safer place to pull them over.

Magnet sounds like a rent-a-cop......they like to preach the rules and usually go overboad on those who break them.....take a pill before you blow a seal

maybe you should re-read it, he is complaining that he was stopped for what he perceived was "safer" lighting, and because it was poor conditions the cop should have let him go for breaking the law. it was treated as it should be by the officer, just like a drunk driver....it is a hazard and must be dealt with asap. I would still like to know what ticket(s) he got....the HID one or fog light one.
